Day 1
About at 14.00, meeting in Trieste to cross the border between Italy and Slovenia. We continue to Croatia to reach the hotel in Rovigno. Free afternoon to visit the beautiful seaside village. Transfer to the hotel by ferry, dinner and overnight.

Day 2
A long day with 305 Km to discover many new and fascinating places.
We leave early in the morning leaving Rovigno letting down “his” fjord (the Lemme channel) and up to the north face in off road. We continue towards the center of the beautiful Istrian peninsula through the medieval town of Buzet. From here we begin the climb to the plateau of Cicarija, wild and sparsely inhabited to reach the city of Fiume (Rijeka) known thanks to D’Annunzio.

Near the mountain village of Delnice, we drive along some wide, large and well-maintained forest roads that let us to pass through the woods of a significant magnitude.

At this point we are in one of the poorest areas of Croatia and finally we reach the asphalt road to Plitvice National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage, famous throughout the world. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 3
We wake up early in the morning, and we choose to visit the Natural Park by foot, approximately 3-4 hours between nature and rivers, or some off-road to reach the bunkers and the old runways of the military aircraft, with a walk in the tunnel Zeljava. After lunch, departure for the Stage 3 of about 140 km, sliding and that brings us to the coast, but not before going through the Velebit mountain range, through Otocac, one of the most affected cities by the conflict of two decades ago.

Once over the pass, the atmosphere changes once again and we are on the sea. The descent to the sea from Velebit will give us beautiful views. Dinner and overnight in the hotel on the sea.

Day 4
New stage of about 140 km still with views on the sea and on the mountains. We climb the Velebit up to cross again the town of Delnice. We continue along roads and forestry, further north, reaching up to the border with Slovenia. After some mountains, we reach the asphalt to get to the border Slovenia – Italy of Pese. Before the border, last lunch of the tour in a typical journey.
